In other people's words, this is why we created FRIID

Oh the computer mouse!  Part friend, part fiend, bringing the world to our finger tips!  

We thought to make our first blog post a simple link to a well-read article issued by the Canadian Center for Occupational Health and Safety that pretty much sums up the reason FRIID came about.
